Mother’s Day 2025 Delivery Policy

  1. Same-Day Orders: May face delays due to high demand.

  2. Delivery Date: Estimated, not guaranteed. Depends on courier partners/vendors.

  3. Late Orders: Placed after cut-off will be delivered on subsequent days. Confirmation email required for coordination.

  4. Remote Areas: Extra delivery charges may apply. Refunds not possible for perishable items if charges are declined (Cancellation fee: 10% or ₹200, whichever is higher).

  5. India-Pakistan Conflict Impact: Deliveries in border areas may face delays/flight disruptions.

  6. Product Substitutions: Due to seasonal rush, replacements of equal/higher value may occur. No complaints accepted (as stated in product descriptions).

  7. Complaint Window: Resolutions attempted till 25 May 2025. Email myflowersbasket1@gmail.com. Post this date, no replacements/complaints entertained.

  8. Non-Serviceable Areas: Courier gifts of similar value/theme will be sent.

  9. Fresh Flower Unavailability: Alternate gifts dispatched via courier.

  10. Courier Orders: Tracking details shared post-dispatch.

  11. Replacements: Require customer confirmation via email. Unconfirmed orders put on hold.

  12. No Refunds for perishable items. Complaints resolved as per timelines (delays possible due to demand).

 



COVID-19 Policy

a. Delays: Possible due to local guidelines. No refunds for orders placed after 25 March 2020.
b. Lockdowns: Undelivered orders will be fulfilled post-lockdown/product availability.
c. Substitutions: Based on stock availability.
d. Flower Deliveries: Paused during lockdowns; resumed once supply restores.
e. Limited Services: Operational constraints may apply.

 



Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Rules

  • Before 48 hours of delivery:

    • Full refund (minus 10% or ₹200 cancellation fee).

    • Email myflowersbasket1@gmail.com with:

      • Subject: "Cancellation Request"

      • Order ID

      • Reason

      • Refund account details

  • Within 48 hours: No cancellations/refunds.

2. Refund Conditions

a. Service Failure:

  • Undelivered orders (excluding recipient unavailability).

  • Quality issues (verified by team; store credit/replacement offered).
    b. Perishable Items: No returns/exchanges (flowers, cakes).
    c. Store Credit: Valid for 1 year; no cash value.

3. Exclusions

  • Discounted/exempted amounts non-refundable.

  • Extra payments credited may enhance orders but aren’t refundable.

4. Processing

  • Refunds processed in 15-20 working days.

  • Final Authority: My Flowers Basket reserves the right to evaluate all refund requests.
